Remodel and addition to existing ranch style home. Addition consists of new wing perpendicular to front of home, transforming the property by giving it curb appeal along with the functions of new formal entrance, flanked by formal living and dining room spaces, with a new master suite on the second floor. The project also included the construction of a new garage tucked into the hillside with adjacent home office spaces.
